Gloucestershire Carers Hub is a commissioned service by Gloucestershire County Council and Gloucestershire Clinical Commissioning Group and provides a range of services for Carers over the 18 (regardless of the age of the cared for) and all services are free.

They offer information, advice and guidance- this can include many topics such as general care advice, social care process, signposting/ referral to other specialist services, benefits advice, community support and emotional support. They also offer statutory carers assessments, a carers emergency scheme, training, skills and development including the ‘YouCan’ programme, health and wellbeing engagement with employers as well as peer support in additional to access to therapeutic counselling and Carer discount scheme.

Referrals are easy and can be made via their website by means of self or professional referral.
