GCPA are embarking on a pilot concerning smoking cessation for our workforce with Public Health as part of the Integrated Care Partnership strategy.

With this in mind, we are hosting a virtual roundtable discussion with interested providers on 19^th September 2-4pm and would like to encourage you to participate. The aim of involving providers is to increase retention and reduce absenteeism across our workforce.

The first roundtable discussion will be to inform providers of the current offers available to anyone wishing to give up smoking, with the latter part of the meeting being devoted to understanding potential barriers to providers getting involved.
